Ideal for day trips to the flower island of Mainau, historic Meersburg Castle or the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Reichenau, our accommodation offers the perfect base for exploring the picturesque four-country region of Lake Constance. The town center and the marina are just a 10-15 minute walk away. The apartment impresses with its stylish furnishings with terra cotta tiled floors and partially exposed sandstone walls. It comprises a combined living/sleeping area with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (140 cm), a kitchenette and an open sleeping area with a single bed (90 cm). The modern bathroom is equipped with a real glass folding door shower cubicle, suspended WC and washbasin with mirror cabinet. Our non-smoking apartment offers space for up to 3 people and has fast 50 Mbit internet access as well as bed linen and towels. The fully equipped single kitchen includes a two-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessary cooking utensils. A Tchibo Cafissimo capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster complete the offer. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for shared use in the building. Two bus stops in the immediate vicinity provide easy access to the historic old town, the main train station and the university. This lovingly furnished, light-filled, and spacious 4-star vacation apartment, over 100m² in size, is located on the 2nd floor of a historic old town house in the center of Constance. The entire apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished to a high standard, with great attention to detail throughout. The accommodation features exclusive real wood parquet flooring in every room. Two of the three bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with balcony, and the separate bathroom are all accessible from the large hallway. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Check-in is contactless via a keybox. You will receive the code after providing your guest information for the guest cards. Upon arrival, you will receive the BODENSEECARD WEST from us. With this card, you can use public transportation in the district of Constance (including Stein am Rhein and Überlingen) free of charge, making it easy to explore the area without a car. The card also offers a 20 percent discount on Untersee boat trips, as well as reduced admission to museums and discounted rental fees for bicycles and boats. For guest registration and to issue guest cards, we require the full name, address, date of birth, nationality, and ID number of all guests.
